Mary Ann Fenters has forty years of total experience as an administrative assistant, paralegal, technical recruiter and account executive. Mary Ann attended Akron University and has spent the majority of her adult life in the Pittsburgh area. She became part of the Fenters Ward team in October of 2016 and has been an integral part of the development of our administrative systems, marketing, client outreach and case management.
In June of 2017, Mary Ann assumed the title of Case Manager within our debt relief program and has assisted thousands of western Pennsylvanians. She is a primary contact for both clients, the general public and the contract attorneys that work within our litigation division.
Mary Ann is a mother to two children who live in the Pittsburgh area and enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren. Mary Ann is also avid chess and poker player.
Position - Case Manager - Debt Relief Litigation Division
- Mary Ann is a chief administrative assistant and works almost exclusively within the debt relief program. Her duties include consultations, case set-up, client updates, filings, scheduling and calendar control. Mary Ann handles as many as one hundred new clients entering our debt relief program each month. She is a primary contact for new and existing clients as well as the attorneys within our litigation group.

Leadership, Membership & Honors
Gerald Lepre, Jr. graduated Magna Cum Laude from McCann School of Business and Technology with a Specialized Business Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. While attending paralegal school, Jerry was actively involved in student government, public speaking and received several academic scholarships for many academic achievements.
Prior to joining Fenters Ward, Jerry had over ten years in experience working with litigation firms. He worked closely with several Pittsburgh attorneys and law firms that practice civil law, family law, criminal law and appeals at both the state and federal level. Jerry spent the majority of his career at one of the most well-known personal injury law firms in Pittsburgh. Jerry has been integral in developing our civil litigation practice, making our team more efficient and maximizing the recovery for our clients.
Jerry is an avid antique motorcycle enthusiast and collector. Jerry is a longtime member of the American Motorcycle Association (AMA) and is involved with several non-profit organizations that promote benefit rides each year to raise money for cancer awareness, as well as, St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
Jerry has a great deal of experience in family law, criminal law, civil law and appeals.

Travis Gordon grew up on a horse-farm in South Buffalo, Pennsylvania, about thirty minutes north of Pittsburgh. At the age of thirteen he voluntarily attended Valley Forge Military Academy where he achieved the rank of luitenant commander at the time of graduation. In 2006, Travis attended Penn State University, Main Campus. In 2009, he returned to Pittsburgh to pursue a unique opportunity as an equity partner in a trucking company with a former Valley Forge classmate. Travis remains active within the business, with operations in both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
In 2012, Travis enrolled in Duquesne University to pursue a Bachelor Degree in American History, in anticipation of entering law school. Travis graduated from Duquesne in 2013, Magna Cum Laude. Travis is presently enrolled in Duquesne University School of Law, where he was selected to participate in the nationally recognized Trial Advocacy Team. Travis is also acting President of the Animal Law Society, an advocacy and charitable organization.
Travis has been a dedicated staff member of Fenters Ward since August of 2015. He has held various roles within our company and has assisted with the development of our case management within the debt relief group from the outset. He remains a key member of the debt litigation group, and has taken on additional responsibilities within our general litigation practice, including personal injury, banking violations, construction, collections and breach of contract cases.
In his free time, Travis enjoys lifting weights, strategy games, puzzles reading American military history and fiction. On weekends he often entertains guests at his condo at Seven Springs Mountain Resort and takes a deep-sea fishing trip in the Outer Banks each year.
